Project ”Adaptation of Education and Training Methods used by the Centre for Business Promotion an Entrepreneurship in Sandomierz to the European Education and Training Systems” was conducted in the region of Świętokrzyskie Voivodship, Poland and Aarhus, Denmark between July 2007 and December 2007. Project was conducted in cooperation of Danish partner organisation - Aarhus Business College. In October 2007 a group of the Centre for Business Promotion and Entrepreneurship staff members participated in the study tour visit to Aarhus, Denmark. Based on the experiences gained during visit to Denmark, the Center’s staff has designed four new training programs and modified two other training programs that are provided within the Center for Business Promotion and Entrepreneurship. In the year of 2008 new training programs will be a part of the new Center’s offer to the clients as well as will be used as a part of the new projects proposals.

Study tour visit participants are a group of the Center’s experienced specialists responsible for organization and providing training and advisory services. Taking part in the study tour visit they had clear expectations regarded their skills and competences improvement as the advisors and trainers. During the study tour visit participants were able to acquaint with the Danish methods and training techniques used in adult education. Participants gathered knowledge and information about activities provided by Danish training and advisory organizations and educational institutions with the aim to adapt the best ideas to the Center’s education system. During a range of meetings the study tour participants were able to learn about active and entrepreneurial attitudes to local development among local Danish institutions and organizations.
